Ms. Cristen. Our Center Director, has been directing in the childcare industry for 10 years. She is passionate about this field and adamant about creating a nurturing environment for Little Leaders to learn and grow. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from William Paterson University. Three fun facts about Cristen are: she played competitive soccer and softball, she has 2 sons, and she loves spending time at the beach.
Ms. Caitlin, Assistant Director, has been in the Early Education field for 4 years and was previously a Pre-k teacher. She has obtained her NAMC certification and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ramapo College. Three fun facts about Caitlin are: She loves going on hikes with her dog, she’s driven cross country twice, and she loves to travel to new places.
Ms. Tara is one of our lead teachers and has over 15 years of preschool experience! She is a William Paterson Alumni with a degree in psychology. Three fun facts about Tara are she was born in California, her daughters attend Little Leaders Academy and she loves spending time with her family!
Ms. Ariana is one of our Lead teachers. She has her Bachelor’s degree in education and loves teaching. Three fun facts about here are: she is a dance teacher, she is part of a dance team and she plays softball on Sundays.
Ms. Stephanie is our Lead Infant Teacher and she has worked with infants for 20 years. She has her NAMC certification and has a passion for teaching babies to reach their milestones! Three fun facts about her are: she is a foodie, she loves visiting her family in Italy, and her favorite thing in the world is being an aunt to her 3 nephews and niece.
Ms. Jennifer is our Lead Toddler Teacher and has been in this field for 5 years. She has 5 years of Montessori training and loves watching her students grasp a concept for the first time. Three fun facts about her are: her favorite color is lavender, she loves to dance, and her favorite sport is volleyball.
Ms. Adisa is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers. She has 3 years of experience working with infants and toddlers. Three fun facts about Adisa are: She is a makeup artist, she loves Nutella, and she has a 1 year old son.
Ms. Crystal is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers. She absolutely loves spending time with the children at LLA and loves coming up with new activities for them! Three fun facts about Crystal are: her favorite color is pink, her favorite hobby is baking, and she loves to decorate for birthday parties.
Ms. Alexia is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers. She has 3 years of preschool experience prior to LLA. Three fun facts about Alexia are: she is a quadruplet, she played college basketball, and she streams video games.
Ms. Leah is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers. She comes to us with 3 years of childcare experience. Three fun facts about Leah are that she did competitive cheerleading, she has a Pitbull, and she loves taking care of her nephews.
Ms. Michelle is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers. She is currently to become an ABA therapist and has 2 years of childcare experience. Three fun facts about Michelle are: she is a swim instructor, she is also part of a swim team and she plays the flute.
Ms. Maria is one of our amazing Assistant Teachers and has worked with children for 3 years. Three fun facts about her are: she is great at math, speaks fluent Italian, and her hair was blonde and curly when she was a child.
